What services do you provide?
We specialize in the the finer details of lawn care, like Fertilization & Weed Control of your turf & landscapes, Lawn & Home Pest Control, Core Aeration and more.
*We Do Not offer any maintenance services such as mowing, shrub trimming, weed pulling, etc. However, we can highly recommend a company in your area who does!*
What types of grasses can you treat?
With our 8 Step Turf Care Program, we care for all 3 of the warm season turfgrasses in our region. So whether you have Bermuda, Saint Augustine or Zoysia, our treatments are safe and effective!
How long will it take to see results after a lawn treatment?
- Weeds will begin to curl within a 1-5 days. Follow the watering instructions provided, and you can then mow at any time. Mowing within 7-10 days is preferred when weeds are bad. Once mowing has occurred, the weed killing process will be sped up dramatically!
- Keep in mind, when the weather is cooler, weeds can be slower to die. But mowing is still highly recommended if you have a large number of weeds.
- You will certainly notice improvement after just 1 treatment. But once you get a few treatments down, the changes will be night & day!
Are the treatments safe for children and pets?
Absolutely! We use our products and follow the labels in a way that ensures the safety of your family, pets and the environment. You and your loved ones will need to remain off the lawn until dry, which in most cases is around ~2 hours. We’ll provide specific guidance on when it’s safe to re-enter treated areas via email/doorhanger once service is complete.
How often should I schedule treatments?
- No scheduling needed on your part! Our client software keeps track of all services and you will automatically pop-up when service is due. Treatment intervals will typically be every 6 weeks, weather permitting.
- Whenever we get you scheduled, we will text/email you the day prior to service.

How much do your services cost?
- We believe in fair and transparent pricing, with no hidden fees. Our base lawn treatments run $55 & up and $90 & up per application for Pest Control.

Do I need to be home during treatments?
- For Lawn Treatments: Not at all! Our team will notify you the day before each visit so that you can secure any pets and unlock gates.
- For Pest Control: Yes, for the initial visit, we recommend that you be home since we’ll be treating the interior as well. However, if you prefer, we can focus solely on the exterior. After the initial treatment, you won’t need to be home unless you’re experiencing issues inside. The most effective defense is establishing a solid treatment on the exterior to prevent pests from entering.
- Once service is completed, our technician will leave a doorhanger and an email with a detailed service report, so you know exactly what was done.
